This application has been developed specially for flight attendants who want to obtain professional skills of aviation English at a proper level and includes necessary practical theoretical training modules.

It covers an important range of subjects associated with flight attendants duties and responsibilities.

This application is organized in the sequence of the peculiarities of flight attendants duties performance.

In accordance with International Air Transport Association requirements flight attendant should have high level of English in order to provide:
* Passenger service skills on board an aircraft
* High level of culture and understanding of communicative situations
* Ability to solve conflict situations
* Confidence in their knowledge when dealing with foreigners
* Rapid response in emergency situations

The AviApp - Aviation English Application for flight attendants consists of 12 modules, which cover training material on special topics include industry-specific texts, key vocabulary, expressions, audio recordings and a variety of tasks.

The successful study of each level is assessed by certification tests. The test results will be in percentage with its maximum 100% and with its minimum 80%.
